Honorary Fellow, Public Health Sciences [now Population Health Sciences], University of Edinburgh, Scotland, 1991 to present. Diocesan Medical Officer, Diocese of Nyasaland/Malawi, 1958-63. Government Medical Officer, Government of Malawi, 1965-66 [Acting Medical Superintendent, Zomba Hospitals, 1966]. Visiting professor/adviser on Health Manpower Develoment, Kathmandu, Nepal 1974-75.
