Almost everybody have the ESP/PK ability if one can participate a short term training in young (say, below 20 years old). It is as easy as to learn swimming.
My current efforts are to establish a PK experimental Lab. It will offer some interesting repeatable PK experiments to the members of PA who want to get chance to see a real macro-PK or are interested in doing research on it. It is not a case phenomena anymore. It will meet the requirements of a typical scientific procedures.
