The price of convention registration includes admission to all paper presentations and poster session, the welcoming reception on August 18th, the presidential reception on August 19th, coffee breaks, and one printed copy of the convention abstracts. Tickets for the banquet dinner on August 20th must be ordered separately below. Please mark the options you wish to purchase.
*Membership/affiliation status must be approved and dues paid prior to the convention for discounted rates. Therefore, new membership applications must be submitted by July 18, 2011.

The annual banquet dinner will be held on Saturday, August 20th. The meal will be served buffet-style with meat, fish, and vegetarian options. The ticket price includes transportation to the banquet venue and back, plus admission to Dr. Michael Winkelman's talk titled "Evolved Psychology and the Deep Structure of Psi: The Shamanic Paradigm." Convention attendees may purchase one additional ticket for a guest. Please circle the options you wish to purchase.
