Mr. McMoneagle has 47 years of professional expertise in scientific research and development within numerous classified military multilevel technical electronic collection systems, the field of the paranormal, psychology and social sciences. His specific experience includes: scientific research and experimental protocol design and implementation, collection and evaluation of resulting statistical information, prototype design and testing, Automatic Data Processing equipment and its technology interface, overall and sub-level program management, and data systems analysis for mainframe, mini-mainframe, and desktop computer systems supporting information collection and analysis for military and civilian intelligence purposes. He is also well versed in numerous associative fields to include mining, investment, product development, equipment testing, and all areas and levels of physical security.

He is presently retiring as owner and Executive Director of Intuitive Intelligence Applications, Inc., (IIA, Inc.) which has provided support to multiple research facilities and corporations with a full range of collection applications using Anomalous Cognition (AC) in the production of original and cutting edge information. He is still a full time Research Associate with The Laboratories for Fundamental Research, Cognitive Sciences Laboratory, Palo Alto, California, where he has provided consulting support to research and development in eclectic paranormal areas for more than 23 years. As a technology consultant to SRI-International, Science Applications International Corporation, Inc., and the Laboratories for Fundamental Research from 1984 through present, he has participated in protocol design, statistical information collection, R&D evaluations, as well as thousands of paranormal research trials in support of both experimental research as well as active intelligence operations for what has now become known as the U.S. Army’s Project STAR GATE. He is well versed with developmental theory, methods of application, and current training technologies for remote viewing, as currently applied under strict laboratory controls and oversight.

During his career, Mr. McMoneagle has provided professional intelligence and creative/innovative informational consultation and support to the Commanding General of the Intelligence and Security Command of the United States Army [INSCOM] and the Army Chief of Staff for Intelligence [ACSI] at the Pentagon, Central Intelligence Agency [CIA], Defense Intelligence Agency [DIA], National Security Agency [NSA], Drug Enforcement Agency [DEA], Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation [FBI], United States Customs, the National Security Council [NSC], most major commands within the Department of Defense, numerous police and Sheriff Departments, and hundreds of other individuals, companies, and corporations. He is one of the few people in history who has successfully demonstrated his abilities as a remote viewer and psychic more than sixty times, live, double-blind, and under the toughest scientific controls while on-camera for national level networks and labs in seven different countries.

Prior to the above, Mr. McMoneagle was responsible for his entire Military Occupational Specialty at the Army Headquarters level, to include control and management of both manned and unmanned intelligence collections sites within the Continental United States and overseas. He was responsible for all tactical and strategic tasking and equipment including fixed and mobile station, aircraft and vehicles, development of new or future technology as well as current technology, planning, support and maintenance, funding, and personnel training. He has performed responsibly as a primary in international and intra-service negotiations and agreements in support of six national level intelligence agencies.

Other past employment has included, Assistant to the Security Officer for a multi-billion dollar overseas intelligence facility, with responsibilities that included physical plant communications, personnel, and technology security and defense; as well as counter-terrorist and counter-intelligence operations at home and abroad. He has served as the Detachment Commander at two remote intelligence collection sites overseas, providing field intelligence collection, analysis and reporting at theater, regional, country, and city levels. He has also served on an Air and Sea Rescue team, in Long Range Reconnaissance, as a Quick Reaction Strike Force team leader, and rifleman in war zones. He has earned 28 military decorations and numerous awards, to include a Legion of Merit for his Anomalous Cognition support to the Nations Intelligence Community, and he holds the rank of Knight Commander in the Order of St. Stanislas, specifically for his service to Poland during the Cold War.

Mr. McMoneagle is currently a full member of The Parapsychological Association (PA), a Life Member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), a performing member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), a full member of the Screen Actors Guild [SAG] of America; a member of the Writers Guild of America, East (WGA-E), a full member of The Authors Guild, Inc and The Authors League of America, Inc. He is a member of The Retired Warrant Officers Associaion, he is a Master Gardener, State of Virginia, a member of The American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, he is on the Board of Advisers for The J.B. Rhine Center, and is a Retired Chief Warrant Officer in the Regular Army of the United States of America. He is formally trained as a blacksmith, sculpter, wood and iron worker, and nautical engineer and boat builder up to 100 feet.

Mr. McMoneagle has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Excelsior College in New York State; an Associates Degree in Business from the City Colleges of Chicago; three years of schooling from the University of Maryland, with no degree; and two plus years of study in Naval Archtecture and Nautical Engineering with NAEBM in Connecticut. He has a Certificate of Completion from the Publishing & Communications Institute, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, University of Virginia; and has completed the United States Army, Advanced Officers Automatic Data Processing School, Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana. He has also completed 2.5 years of additional training in advanced Communications Security and Intelligence with the United States Army at Fort Devens, Massachussetts, Vint Hill Farms Station, Virginia, and Fort Meade, Maryland; and he has been a licensed Contractor in the State of Virginia

His Hobbies include but are not limited to:

Fishing, reading, writing, movies, classic trucks and cars, swimming and snorkeling, hiking, photography, art, sculpture, blacksmithing, gunsmithing, woodwork, gardening, and other civilized human activities.
